Chef Mei

Happy Baos was founded by Chef Mei, who grew up in Northern China where making hand-made dishes from fresh dough was just as much part of the culture as it was his family tradition.

Every recipe at Happy Baos is carefully curated and created by Chef Mei, just the way he remembered them as a kid.
